Inclusion Criteria
Patient belongs to American society of Anaesthesiologist I and American society of Anaesthesiologist II posted for elective below knee and ankle surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Emergency below knee and ankle surgeries.
Refusal to nerve blocks.
Patient belongs to ASA-3 and ASA-4
Allergic to local anaesthetic and adjuvants.
Contraindications to Spinal anaesthesia or peripheral nerve block
Peripheral vascular diseases and Local infections.
