- •Emergency below knee and ankle surgeries.
- •Refusal to nerve blocks.
- •Patient belongs to ASA-3 and ASA-4
- •Allergic to local anaesthetic and adjuvants.
- •Contraindications to Spinal anaesthesia or peripheral nerve block
- •Peripheral vascular diseases and Local infections.
