Inclusion Criteria

1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic liver failure;
2) 18-65 years old, no gender limit;
3) The subject voluntarily and signed an informed consent form;
4) Have not used antibiotics and microecological regulators within one month;
5) Those who meet the above 4 items are included in the observation case.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood diseases, endocrine diseases, lung diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases or serious diseases that affect survival before the onset, such as tumors or AIDS;
2) Women during pregnancy and lactation;
3) Participating in clinical drug trials or less than 3 months after termination;
4) People with allergies and those who may be allergic to the traditional Chinese medicine in this observation;
5) Patients with severe bleeding from hemorrhoids, bacterial peritonitis and patients using proton pump inhibitors;
6) Those who meet any of the above 5 items will be included in excluded cases.
