Inclusion Criteria
patients with gall bladder carcinoma undergoing surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients found to have widespread metastases( not amneable to cytoreduction) during surgery.
Unresectable disease.
Unfit for surgery.
Developing hemodynamic instability during the procedure.
