- •4.Opthalmoscopical features detectable.
- •5.Moderate-good glycemic control with on going treatment.

- •Extremely debilitated pts.
- •High risk cases
- •Media opacities-cataract,vitreous degeneration.
- •HTN retinopathy
- •Gestational related.
- •Occular pathologies-Glaucoma,high myopia.
