- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Concurrence of blood glucose and tissue glucose in patients with ketoacidosis by comparison of blood glucose and tissue glucose results that were mesured during the inpatient stay (up to 14 days).

Concurrence of blood glucose and tissue glucose in lean and obese healthy individuals during 72 hours and during an oral glucose tolerance test by measurement of blood glucose and tissue glucose with the freestyle libre device.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method •Interference of measurements by pH, Bicarbonate, Exsiccosis (weight loss, base excess), derangement of electrolytes, measured by blood gas anaylses and weighing during the inpatient stay. Timepoints are set by clinical necessity.

•Delay by obesity, determined by repetitive measurement in set time frames (+30 minutes) after blood glucose measurements and during oral glucose tolerance testing.
