Inclusion Criteria

1. Male patients 18 years or above who are scheduled to undergo diagnostic cystoscopy as elective procedure for suspected case of bladder cancer.

2. Check cystoscopy performed for carcinoma bladder.

Exclusion Criteria

Urethral strictures.

Known allergy to lignocaine.

Associated urological co-morbidities like urethral or vesical calculus, neurovesical dysfunction.

Significant cardiovascular disease

Active UTI
