Inclusion Criteria
Age = 18 years
- Diagnostic of ulcerative colitis (histologically confirmed or by a coloscopy) = 2 years
- Ulcerative colitis in remission phase or with a low or moderate disease activity.
- Regular intake of a mesalazine preparation in a dose of 1,2 - 4,8 g/d
- Availability of a written agreement to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- Acute ulcerative colitis
- Mesalazine intolerance
- Colektomy
- Ileostoma

Name Time Method Difference between study arms by baseline and one year after executed advanced training in the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale regarding the medication intake. <br>

Name Time Method - Examination of the life quality obtained by IBDQ-D by baseline and one year after performed advanced training.<br>- Examination of the course of the disease obtained by CAI by baseline and one year after performed advanced training.<br>- Examination of the White-Coat-Compliance based on the proven 5-ASA urin measurement by baseline and one year after performed advanced training.
