Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •AKEA (Active Knee Extension Angle) below 170 degree
- •Major presenting complaint of tightness in posterior thigh
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any recent hamstring injury.
- •Any recent lower limb fracture.
- •Players with positive slump test.
- •Players having complaint of pain or injury in back.
- •Players having knee or hip joint or stiffness in knee joint.
- •Any recent ligament injury.
