Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •KCMH Personnel aged of 18\-60
- •Diagnosis of prediabetes from 2022 Health check\-up program
- •FPG 100\-125 mg/dL OR
- •HbA1C 5\.7\-6\.4%
- •Had a mobile phone with Line application
Exclusion Criteria
- •Medications affected plasma glucose level
- •Psychiatric disorders
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •Severe chronic medical illness (Chronic liver disease, CKDG3\-5, hypothyroidism, anemia, malnutrition)
- •History of blood transfusion within 3 months
