- •KCMH Personnel aged of 18-60
- •Diagnosis of prediabetes from 2022 Health check-up program
- •FPG 100-125 mg/dL OR
- •HbA1C 5.7-6.4%
- •Had a mobile phone with Line application
排除标准
- •Medications affected plasma glucose level
- •Psychiatric disorders
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •Severe chronic medical illness (Chronic liver disease, CKDG3-5, hypothyroidism, anemia, malnutrition)
- •History of blood transfusion within 3 months
