- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Data on sickness absence, injury claims (costs/duration),costs of staff replacement, (aggregated to the site level), for the 2 year period prior to the study, and at the end of the study, will be provided from the data bases of a) the site itself and/or b) the data base of the sites' MediCare insurer ; Employers Mutual Insurance (SA).[24 months prior to study commencement, 12 months after study commencement];Self report of stress experience, work demands and resources, intershift recovery, psychosocial safety culture. Data will be obtained via a self-report questionnaire.[Baseline, 6 months and 12 months];Average return to work time for injury claims data will be obtained from the site insurer, Employers Mutual Insurance (SA)[baseline, 6 and 12 months]
