Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •candidate to receive colistin to treat infection with positive blood culture for multi\-drug resistance gram negative organism which is sensitive to colistin
- •pneumonia with positive tracheal culture for multi\-drug resistance gram negative organism which is sensitive to colistin
- •urinary tract infection with positive urinary culture for multi\-drug resistance gram negative organism which is sensitive to colistin
- •meningitis with positive Cerebrospinal fluid culture for multi\-drug resistance gram negative organism which is sensitive to colistin
- •receiving colistin for at least one week
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic kidney disease
- •Acute kidney injury
- •Receiving amphotericin B
- •Receiving intravenous ascorbic acid
- •Active bleeding
- •Patient's death
