Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Visus\-limiting lens restraints (Grade 1 \- 5 / LOCS III classification)
- •Cataract\-dependent visual performance of 0\.8 or less
- •Patient age\> 22 years
- •Planned surgery on the cataract in one eye
- •Understood and signed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous corneal procedures or intraocular procedures
- •Pronounced (\> 5 Dpt.) Or irregular corneal curvatures
- •active inflammation of the anterior or posterior eye segment
- •Z.n. ocular trauma
- •Pseudoexfoliation Syndrome
- •pre\-existing or intraoperative zonularis
- •intraoperative capsule defects
- •Pupil width in mydriasis less than 6 mm
- •ash length less than 20\.5 mm or greater than 25 mm
- •uncontrolled glaucoma
