- •Visus-limiting lens restraints (Grade 1 - 5 / LOCS III classification)
- •Cataract-dependent visual performance of 0.8 or less
- •Patient age> 22 years
- •Planned surgery on the cataract in one eye
- •Understood and signed consent
排除标准
- •Previous corneal procedures or intraocular procedures
- •Pronounced (> 5 Dpt.) Or irregular corneal curvatures
- •active inflammation of the anterior or posterior eye segment
- •Z.n. ocular trauma
- •Pseudoexfoliation Syndrome
- •pre-existing or intraoperative zonularis
- •intraoperative capsule defects
- •Pupil width in mydriasis less than 6 mm
- •ash length less than 20.5 mm or greater than 25 mm
- •uncontrolled glaucoma
- •Congenital cataract
- •Pregnancy, planned pregnancy or nursing
- •Participation in a study in the last 30 days
