Inclusion Criteria
ASA physical status I to III
Age > 18Y
Surgery under GA with anticipated duration < 2hrs
Thyromental distance of >6.5cm
Exclusion Criteria
Reduced mouth opening ( <2.5cm)
Recent h/o URTI, sore throat < 2wks
BMI > 40
Non fasted state
