入选标准
- •1.Age 18 years old or more
- •2.Term, singleton pregnancy
- •3.Undergo elective low transverse cesarean section under spinal anesthesia with intrathecal morphine during 08.00 a.m.- 04.00 p.m.
- •4.Has a healthy newborn infant
- •5.Intend to breastfeed
- •6.Speak and understand Thai language
排除标准
- •1.Contraindications for breastfeeding (maternal HIV infection, taking antiretroviral medication, maternal illegal drug use, and maternal active tuberculosis)
- •2.History of breast cancer or breast surgery
- •3.Uncontrolled medical complications or obstetric complications
- •(Severe hypertension,Poor-controlled DM,Heart diseases ,Placenta previa)
- •4.Postoperative complications include postpartum hemorrhage or infection
- •5.Ginger allergy
- •6.Mother-newborn infant separation
- •Respiratory distress ( transient tachypnea of newborn (TTN), Early-onset neonatal sepsis, respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), Meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS), Hypothermia ),
- •Neonatal hypoglycemia,Neonatal jaundice (Blood transfusion range) ,Neonatal arrhythmia
