a. Patients of complex perianal fistulas who is difficult to cure completely with conventional treatment.
b. Patients with complex perianal fistula who has poor wound healing for more than 6 months due to repeated surgery
c. Patients who are concerned about the possibility of fecal incontinence due to additional surgery.
d. Refractory Crohn's fistula
? Adults aged 20 years or older who understand and voluntarily participate in this clinical study and can be followed for at least 1 year.
a. Elderly patients over 80 years of age who have difficulty managing after surgery, patients with chronic diseases who cannot stop taking medicine for 2 weeks.
b. Patients with chronic anemia or malignant blood disease.
c. Patients with reduced liver function due to liver disease.
d. Patients with inflammatory diseases and chronic underlying conditions. (Intestinal perforation, ulcerative colitis, radiation proctitis, nephritis, obstructive respiratory disease, etc.)
e. Patients unable to follow-up for more than 1 year or who do not wish to participate in the study
