入选标准
- •1. age: 25-34 years old
- •2. oligomenorrhea: menstrual cycle>35days, less than 10 menstrual cycle/year
- •3. Hyperandrogenenmia: total T >65ng/dL, calculated free T >0.86ng/dL
- •4. normal prolactin level
- •5. no drugs users( hormone drug, insulin sensitizing drug, weight control drug, antihypertensive drugs) within three months of testing
- •6. other standards set by steering committee
排除标准
- •1. Hyperprolactinemia
- •2. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia
- •3. Cushinng sybdrome
- •4. Other endocrine disorder which caused hyperandrogenism
- •5. androgen-secreting tumors
- •6. drugs users( hormone drug, insulin sensitizing drug, weight control drug, antihypertensive drugs) within three months of testing
- •7. other standards set by steering committee
