Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •i.Type II diabetic adult’s age group between 30\-64years
- •ii.Known diagnosed case of type II diabetes mellitus
- •iii. Type II diabetic adults who are interested to be a part of this study
- •iv. Type II diabetic adults who are taking oral diabetic medication
- •v. Type II diabetic adults who are able to understand and speak assamese, Hindi and english.
Exclusion Criteria
- •i.Type II diabetic adults with other systemic disease like CKD, cardio vascular diseases, musculoskeletal injuries and cancer etc.
- •ii.Type II diabetic adults who are currently under any yoga intervention programme
- •iii.Type II diabetic adults who are not available during the data collection period
- •iv.Type II diabetic adults who are in insulin therapy
- •v.Only mild and moderate cases of type II diabetes
