Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA I to II Patients of either sex.
2. Aged between 20 to 60 years and weight >45kg.
3. Undergoing hand surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with history of allergy to local Anaesthetics.
2. Patients with history of mental disorders.
3. Patient Refusal.
4. Morbid obesity, Coagulopathy and significant cardiovascular respiratory, renal, hepatic
or metabolic diseases or CNS disorders.
5. Infection at site of procedure.

Name Time Method To compare the time for first rescue analgesic in both the groupsTimepoint: Asessing VAS postoperatively at 0hr, 4hrs,8hrs and so on for 24hr period
