Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The patients older than 18 years with acute myeloid leukemia after receiving periodic chemotherapy consolidation with HiDAC or IDAC formulations
Exclusion Criteria
- •The patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with exacerbation.
- •Patients with hypersplenism.
- •Diagnosed with abnormal bone marrow platelet production, including aplastic anemia (AA), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
