Whether high-risk features (HRFs) on the recurrence or microsatellite instability (MSI) status are predictive markers for adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) in patients with stage II colon cancer is uncertain. This study aimed to examine the impact of HRFs and MSI on the prediction of the benefits of ACT in patients with stage II colon cancer. This multi-center retrospective study included 1801 patients with resected stage II colon cancer diagnosed at 17 university-affiliated hospitals between January 2010 and December 2017.NeoplasmsKCT0009579Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital1,300
