Inclusion Criteria
Adult volunteers with down syndrome and their primary caregiver; both genders; aged between 19 and under 35.
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers with ostomies, Hirschsprung's disease, severe intellectual disability, decompensated heart disease, food allergies.

Name Time Method Presentation of the expected outcome: Assess weight loss. Presentation of the method used to verify the expected outcome: bioimpedance test.
