Inclusion Criteria

Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Prameha and Type ââ?¬â?? 2 Diabetes.

Known patient of Type 2 Diabetes and also the preliminarily diagnosed patients on the basis of signs and symptoms of the disease are confirmed by FBS and PPBS.

FBS � 110 mg/dl to 250mg/dl and or

PPBS level � 200 mg/dl to 300mg/dl

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patients age less than 18 year and more than 60 year.

2)Patients having FBS level less than 110 mg/dl or more than 250mg/dl and or PPBS level less than 200 mg/dl or more than 300mg/dl.

3)IDDM, Juvenile DM, Gestational DM

4)Prameha pidika (Diabetic nonhealing wound), Systemic infection, active infection other than superficial mild skin infestation.

5)Patients with severe complications like CVD, Nephropathy, Neuropathy, Retinopathy, Diabetic foot, fatal diabetic complication etc.

6)Patients of any other severe illness.

7)Other chronic debilitating diseases.

8)Pregnant woman.
