Exclusion Criteria
Concomitant diseases that make training impossible

Name Time Method 1. quality of life: physical, emotional, social and educational functioning (PedsQL).<br>2. physical performance with endurance (VO2peak, Pmax) and motor performance (coordination, flexibility and strength).

Name Time Method 3. length of hospital stay: number and duration of inpatient stay.<br>4. stress echocardiography: (LV FS, LV EF, LVIDd, LVIDs and strain values of the left ventricle: GLS, a4c LS, a3c LS, a2c LS, SAX CS)<br>5. physical activity: step count recording via a wrist movement tracker<br>6. (Re-)integration in physical education (school, club)<br>7. training monitoring data: lactate, heart rate, subjective exertion level, cancer-related fatigue, subjective health status<br>8. occurrence/severity of concomitant diseases (toxicity, infection, GvHD)<br>9. anthropometry: height, body weight, body fat percentage, waist to height ratio (WHtR)<br>10. biomarkers: pro- and anti-inflammatory factors: IGF-1, PGC1-a, protein kinase A, mTOR, MIF, kynurenine, p53, IL10, TNF-alpha.<br>11. course of blood parameters: Platelets, hematocrit, hemoglobin, C-reactive protein, lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, Nk cells).
