Signed consent form of the participants or legal representatives

Exclusion Criteria

Concomitant diseases that make training impossible
pregnancy
other factors that severely limit the ability to cooperate (highly impaired communication, serious psychiatric illnesses, etc.)

1. quality of life: physical, emotional, social and educational functioning (PedsQL).<br>2. physical performance with endurance (VO2peak, Pmax) and motor performance (coordination, flexibility and strength).

(Re-)integration in physical education (school, club)<br>7. training monitoring data: lactate, heart rate, subjective exertion level, cancer-related fatigue, subjective health status<br>8. occurrence/severity of concomitant diseases (toxicity, infection, GvHD)<br>9. anthropometry: height, body weight, body fat percentage, waist to height ratio (WHtR)<br>10. biomarkers: pro- and anti-inflammatory factors: IGF-1, PGC1-a, protein kinase A, mTOR, MIF, kynurenine, p53, IL10, TNF-alpha.<br>11. course of blood parameters: Platelets, hematocrit, hemoglobin, C-reactive protein, lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, Nk cells).
