Yavadi Gudavarti has significant effect as Daha and Vedana Shamak in post operative fissure in ano cases.Timepoint: Significant improvement in daha and vedana shaman in post operative fissure in ano cases from post operative day 0 to post operative day 5 in burning sensation scale for daha and NRS, VRS scale for vedana from Grade 3 to either grade 0 or Grade 1. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Outcome will assessed daily from post operative day 0 to post operative day 5
