Inclusion Criteria
•ICU admission patients
•Pateints were intubated and on mechanical ventilation >24 hours
•Age ≥ 16 years
•Informed consent from the patient and attending physicians
Exclusion Criteria
•On tracheostomy tube
•> 1 intubation in the same hospitalization
