Inclusion Criteria
(1) All adult patients with age more than 18 years
(2) Requirement of mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
(1) History of prior neurological or psychiatric disorders
(2) Patients with poor irreversible neurological status at the time of ICU admission
(3) Patients with traumatic brain injury
(4) Patient already having delirium at the time of ICU admission
