Inclusion Criteria
1. Newborn aged less than or equal to 28 days
2. Received orotracheal intubation and have had the tube position confirmed by chest radiography
Exclusion Criteria
1. Craniofacial anomalies
2. Congenital multiple anomalies
3. Chromosomal disorders
4. Neonate whose chest radiographs after tracheal tube placement were of poor quality.
5. Neonate whose parents refuse to participate in the study
