- •patients having either sperm concentration fewer than 16 million per ml or fewer than motile spermatozoa of fewer than 4% spermatozoa with normal
- •patient fit for basti karma and sneha paana
排除标准
- •Range of sperm count less than or equal to .5million /ml
- •patients suffering from various pathological conditions like known case of
- •accessory sex gland disease
- •primary erectile dysfunction
- •congenital anomalies
- •uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •uncontrolled hypertension
- •severe hepatic ,severe renal insufficiency
- •sexually transmitted disease
- •cardio vascular disease
- •previous history of cryto-orchidism varicocele and testicular hypertrophy
- •history of pelvic fracture or prostateectomy or reconstructive on the penis
- •no administration of glucocorticosteroid and pde v inhibitors (sildenafil) within prior to enrollment
