入选标准
- •1. Patients with morbid obesity of both genders, aging between 18 and 65 years undergoing LSG will be included.
- •2. Patients with a Body mass index BMI >37.5 kg/m2 or BMI >32.7 kg/m2 with obesity related comorbidities (Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, obstructive sleep apnoea, non- alcoholic fatty liver, hyperlipidaemia).
排除标准
- •1. Cerebrovascular events in the past
- •2. Cardiovascular events (ST changes, Q wave changes, pacemaker placement, angina, myocardial infarction, Left Bundle Branch Block, Right Bundle Branch Block)
- •3. Peripheral vascular disease
- •4. Valvular heart disease
- •5. Psychiatric disease (Binge eating, severe depressive disorder, bipolar disease)
