简要总结
This study is a randomized parallel group trial, comparing the effect of Muscle Energy Technique and Dynamic Soft Tissue Mobilization on agility of 44 amateur football players with hamstring tightness. The study duration is of 4 weeks. The study will be conducted at a sports academy in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The participants will be randomly allocated to two intervention groups. The primary outcome measure is Active Knee Extension Test and the secondary outcome measure is Lateral Change of Direction Test.

入选标准
- •Subjects with hamstring tightness(unable to extend knee more than 160 degrees when hip is 90 degree flexed).
- •Subjects playing football at least 2 hours per day and 3 times per week.
- •Subjects willing to participate and completed the consent form.
排除标准
- •Subjects with acute or chronic hamstring injury.
- •Subjects with acute or chronic low back pain.
- •Subjects with lower limb surgeries or conditions.
- •Subjects participating in any other clinical trials.
- •Subjects with any neurological or cardiorespiratory conditions,.
