1. Adults with a clinical diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinsons Disease by a neurologist (based on UK Parkinsons Disease Society Brain Bank Diagnostic Criteria)
2. Modified Hoehn and Yahr stage = 3
3. Independent walking without an assistive device inside the home
4. Access to either internet-enabled smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop personal computer
5. A functionally independent informal caregiver present at home
1. Cognitive impairment (Montreal Cognitive Assessment score < 21)
2. Significant visual, hearing, and speech impairment
3. Coexistent medical conditions that may interfere with the intervention (incomplete motor recovery post-stroke, cardiac arrhythmia, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, congestive cardiac failure, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma, respiratory failure, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus)
4. Recent cardiac/spine/upper/lower limb surgery
5. Unstable fractures of the spine, upper, lower limbs
6. Significant fall risk (Pull test score > 2)
7. Participation in any other exercise programme affecting the outcome
8. Motor fluctuations, dyskinesia under dopaminergic therapy
