patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitud framed by WHO will be adopted
Exclusion Criteria
Complication of DM like nephropathy,cardiomypathy,retinopathy and other cronic disease

Name Time Method Reduction in HbA1c levels by 0.5% as compared to basal values,reduction in blood sugar (fasting and PP) levels by more tgen 25% in the ayurvedic intervention group as compared control group at the end of 21 days of treatment,improvment in sign and symptoms score by more then 10%Timepoint: 21 days
