Inclusion Criteria
- •Age between 18 and 65 years
- •employment in the delivery room as a midwife or independent midwife,
- •employment in a delivery room as an employed gynaecologist or obstetrician in an obstetrics department
- •after completion of professional qualification \= 1 year passed
- •good understanding and ability to speak German
Exclusion Criteria
- •\= 2 years have passed since the practical activity
