Inclusion Criteria
T2DM patients who are prescribed with the vitamin D supplementation
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who are pregnant or lactating, patients suffering from type 1 diabetes, any malignancies, HIV infections, kidney diseases other that diabetic kidney disease, and patients who are on vitamin D supplements or immunosuppressants, or drugs that can alter vitamin D levels
