This is a prospective single-arm clinical study undertaken to assess the role of individualized homeopathic medicines selected using Dr. S. R. Phatak’s Concise Repertory in the treatment of acute uncomplicated cystitis in women aged 18–39 years. The aim of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of these medicines using the Acute Cystitis Symptom Score (ACSS) scale. The objectives are to assess the change in symptom severity and the improvement in quality of life following homeopathic treatment. A total of 30 participants will be enrolled through simple random sampling. Each participant will receive a single individualized homeopathic medicine based on detailed case-taking and symptom assessment as per homeopathic principles. Treatment outcomes will be assessed using the ACSS scale. Participants will be followed for one month, and the total study duration will be 12 months.
