Inclusion Criteria

  • •patients posted for elective lumbar spinal surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with known significant cardiac, respiratory, hepatic, renal, neurological diseases.
  • •Patient refusal .
  • •Haematological or endocrinal disorder.
  • •Known allergy to study drugs.
  • •Bleeding or coagulation abnormalities.
  • •Psychiatric disease.
  • •History of drug abuse.
  • •Mallampati Grade 3\&4
