Inclusion Criteria
Individuals with first ever clinically defined stroke
Ischemic stroke
Specifically, Middle Cerebral Artery stroke
Male and Female gender
Age group,18- 80 years
Exclusion Criteria
Admitted after 7 days post stroke
Unable to understand simple commands
Craniectomy or craniotomy
Pre existing neurological and musculoskeletal disorders affecting upper limb functions
Other systemic disorders affecting survival
Uncooperative patients
Incidence of bilateral clinical stroke
Conditions that preclude kinematic analysis
