Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Recently diagnosed patients with moderate to severe OSA who achieve successful titration with CPAP or BIPAP

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pregnant females;
  • •Patients with Cardiac failure;
  • •Patients with Central Sleep Apnea
  • •Patients with Psychiatric, and neurologic disorders;
  • •Patients who change their antihypertensive medications during course of study;
  • •Patients with craniofacial abnormalities which can
  • •hamper use of CPAP;
  • •Patients currently using PAP therapy;
