Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery.
- •2. American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I/II.
- •3. Age more than 60 years of either gender.
- •4. BMI equal to 18 to 30 kg / m2.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients with pre-operative / existing cognitive dysfunction.
- •2. Patient refusing to give Informed Consent.
- •3. History of Psychiatric illness, Drug abuse.
- •4. Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic or neurological disease.
- •5. Coagulopathy.
- •6. Patients on steroids.
- •7. Morbid obesity (BMI >35 kg / m2)
