Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have history or diagnosis with lateral ankle sprain or ankle instability at least 6 months after the ankle sprain occurred
- •2\. Have a Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) on the involved side of 27
- •3\. Have unilateral ankle sprain and history of at least 2 ankle sprains to the same side (7\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Grade III of ankle sprains
- •2\. If ankle sprain within past 6 weeks
- •3\. If had any acute symptoms of lower extremity musculoskeletal injury on the day of testing
- •4\. Have post\-operative or fracture of lower extremities
