1. Have history or diagnosis with lateral ankle sprain or ankle instability at least 6 months after the ankle sprain occurred
2. Have a Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) on the involved side of 27
3. Have unilateral ankle sprain and history of at least 2 ankle sprains to the same side (7)
1. Grade III of ankle sprains
2. If ankle sprain within past 6 weeks
3. If had any acute symptoms of lower extremity musculoskeletal injury on the day of testing
4. Have post-operative or fracture of lower extremities
