Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation. & k/c/o functional constipation
2) Age group 5-15 years of either sex
Exclusion Criteria
1) Children having age less than 5 years and more than 16 years.
2) Patients suffering from any known acute or chronic medical & surgical illnesses that might interfere the study e.g. acute infections, malignancies, thyroid problems etc.
3) Children having any known associated life threatening medical or surgical disorders.
4) Children with any medications that may interfere with the result will be excluded
