入选标准
- •1. Age 18-65 years
- •2. Confirm diagnosis of Chronic Sinusitis ,measure from EPOS 2020 who presents with symptoms more than 12 weeks
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria : * 1.chronic sinusitis without nasal polyp , patient who was diagnosed Chronic sinusitis less than 6 month, patient who present with chronic sinusitis and has indication for surgery .
- •2.nasal mass or nasal cancer or sinus cancer
- •3.petient with adverse effect of probiotics 4.pregnancy or lactating woman
- •4.caution with probiotic e.g.immunocompromise, prosthetic heart valves, impaired intestine function, central venous catheter,
- •jejunostomy, broad-spectrum antimicrobials and poorly control diabetes mellitus
- •5 7.Patient who allegic to hypromellose , who has history ofisomalt allergy or silicon dioxide .
- •9.Patient who receive anti Antibiotic within 1 week prior
