1. Inpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic liver failure in the 2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure;
2. Patients with previous liver cirrhosis;
3. Age between 18 and 65 years old, regardless of gender;
4. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
1. Acute liver failure, subacute liver failure, chronic acute liver failure;
2. Chronic liver failure caused by other causes (including autoimmune, drug, toxicity and parasitic);
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Patients with primary liver cancer;
5. Patients with other serious systemic diseases and mental illnesses;
6. Anti-HIV positive persons;
7. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months;
8. Those who are unwilling to cooperate;
9. At the time of enrollment, he had been combined with cerebral edema, severe infection (including septic shock, deep fungal infection, infection of more than two sites and double infection, etc.), type I hepatorenal syndrome (clinical features are severe, rapid, and progressive renal Failure, oliguria within a few days or 2 weeks, CRE > 221µmol/L), hepatopulmonary syndrome, hepatic encephalopathy above grade III, and gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
