- male or female age between 8 to 25 year
- BMI between 18.0-25.0 cm/kg2
- participant who able to flex hip and knee more than 90 degree, full knee extension, ankle dorsiflexion more than 0 degree and plantarflexion morethan 30 degree
- participant who have no back or leg pain
- have not contraindication for exercise or massage
- good communication
- have back or leg pain
- operation or injury of lower limb
- fracture at lower limb
- infection at CNS or spine
- spinal disorders such as scoliosis
- neural disorders such as loss of sensation, muscle weakness
- cancer or chemotherapy
- pregnancy
- mental disorder
- unable to communication
