Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age between 18 and 40 years,
  • •History of at least two unsuccessful embryo transfers,
  • •Having at least two A\-grade embryos, unknown causes of IVF failure
  • •Unknown causes of IVF failure
  • •Body mass index (BMI) less than 30 kg/m²

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of any sensitivity to NSAIDs,
  • •Uncontrolled chronic diseases,
  • •Prohibition of NSAID use
