- •ASA grade I and II
排除标准
- •-Patients with ASA Gr III and IV
- •-Patients on steroid therapy -
- •-Anticipated difficult airway e.g. mallampati III,IV
- •-Patients with compromised cardiac functions
- •-Anticoagulent used within preceding 4 weeks
- •-Laparoscopic procedure converted to laparotomy
