Patients receiving general anesthesia for planned surgery at our hospital
19 years old or older - 65 years old or younger
Patients diagnosed with hypertension and taking ACEi/ARB medications
Patients with ASA physical status classification ? or lower
Emergency surgery and outpatient surgery
A person who has planned in advance to be transferred to the intensive care unit after surgery
BMI = 35
Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure (e.g., patients with systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg despite taking antihypertensive medications)
People with hypersensitivity to propofol and benzodiazepines
Maternal surgery and nursing mother surgery
People with Child-Turcotte-Pugh Class C hepatic dysfunction
Acute narrow-angle glaucoma
People who are unable to communicate and have cognitive impairment
who cannot understand the consent form
