入选标准
- •Patients receiving general anesthesia for planned surgery at our hospital
- •19 years old or older - 65 years old or younger
- •Patients diagnosed with hypertension and taking ACEi/ARB medications
- •Patients with ASA physical status classification ? or lower
排除标准
- •Emergency surgery and outpatient surgery
- •A person who has planned in advance to be transferred to the intensive care unit after surgery
- •Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure (e.g., patients with systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg despite taking antihypertensive medications)
- •People with hypersensitivity to propofol and benzodiazepines
- •Maternal surgery and nursing mother surgery
- •People with Child-Turcotte-Pugh Class C hepatic dysfunction
- •Acute narrow-angle glaucoma
- •People who are unable to communicate and have cognitive impairment
- •who cannot understand the consent form
