1. Independent elderly people , 60-74 years old and is a member of an elderly school or an elderly club
2. Have natural teeth at least 1 matching pair in posterior teeth. In case of loss of whole teeth must have full denture
3. Have at least one oral function problem.
4. Have a mobile phone, smartphone with internet able to communicate while participating in the research
5. Able to listen, speak, read, write Thai language and agree to participate in research.
1. Have an underlying neuromuscular disease such as Parkinson's disease ,Cerebrovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease etc.
2. Have a medical condition or condition that directly affects saliva production such as Sjogren's syndrome, Rheumatoid arthritis, Autoimmune disease, Radiation etc.
3. Taking saliva stimulant drugs such as Pilocarpine and Pyridostigmine or drugs that reduce the activity of the salivary glands, such as Oxybutynin, Tolterodine, Fluoxetine, Amphetamine, Amitryptiline, Doxepin, Tramadol etc., with the drug being used for a long period of more than 5 years or with more than one drug combination, which has the effect of enhancing the severity of Dry mouth
4. Received treatment that affects oral function during the study, such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery that can result in damage to the salivary glands, using of artificial saliva , wearing denture etc.
5. A serious illness occurred during the study that unable to participate in oral exercise program
