Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All cases of envenomation (reptile, arthropod, marine creatures) reporting within 24 hours of the event.
- •2\. All cases with a suspicion of envenomation in the absence of evidence or history of
- •envenomation found to have either thermographic or local or systemic evidence of
- •envenomation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. All patients presenting more than 24 hours after bite/sting.
- •2\. Patientâ??s with envenomation treated from outside
- •3\. Pre existing trauma or inflammation around the bite/sting site
